In view of the exceptional quality of the 2022 harvest, we wanted to create a limited-edition cuvée, a great red wine with remarkable concentration and ageing potential!
To achieve this, we meticulously selected a tiny fraction of the musts used for our Nez Noir blend and lovingly aged them for over 12 months in barrels.
This organic blend of Merlot, Cornalin, Gamaret and Syrah is now ready to reveal its secrets.
Nez Noir Réserve - Certified Organic Wine
On the nose
Red fruit aromas mingle delicately with lightly woody and spicy scents. The attack is juicy and the aromatic notes detected on the nose are happily repeated.
In the mouth
Full-bodied, round and fleshy, with lively but well-integrated tannins. The finish is clean, savory and salivating. A spirited wine, full of youth and vivacity, just waiting to open up. Drink it now for its suppleness and smoothness. Or forget about it for a while; the tannins will refine, making it all the better for it.
