Tourmentin is an original blend developed by the Rouvinez cellars. Four varieties of grape contribute to this strongly structured red wine with a rare, rich aroma. It is aged in barriques for one year.
Tasting notes
Red colour with darkish hues. Intense nose of spices, candied cherry, well-ripened prune. On the palate, it has a rich taste with a woody shade and flavours reminding of clove and blackcurrant. An ideal fusion of grape varieties. A concentrated, full-bodied wine with a rare richness in taste.
Food-wine pairing
Excellent with tasty meats, braised beef, lamb and stews. Great with venison and feathered game. A perfect wine to go along with hard and semi-hard cheeses.
