Tasting notes
Intense, deep red colour. The nose exudes aromas of smoky wood and very ripe red fruits. The attack on the palate is soft and delicious. Afterwards, the woody and fruity framework perceived in the nose is found again. The whole is enveloped by silky, already well-integrated tannins. A long, juicy and tasty finish underlines the beauty of this wine of pleasure. It has a great future ahead of it. But if you prefer it crisp, you should enjoy it immediately.
Food-wine pairing
Fine cured meats such as Parma ham, dried bacon, dried sausage or mortadella with pistachios. Pasta with sardines, gnocchi with Bolognese, Melanzane alla Parmigiana, spare ribs or summer barbecue with potato or pasta salad.
