The Colline de Géronde (Géronde Hill), with its rich rocky soil, has become a home to the Pinot Noir grape variety which originates from Burgundy.
Tasting notes
Intense purple colour. The nose of this Pinot Noir reveals subtle fragrances of prunes delicately enrobed in smoky notes. A strong concentration and a well present tannic structure give this wine a harmony and richness which lies beyond the ordinary. A very great wine to store for a longer period of time.
Food-wine pairing
Excellent with most red and white meats, especially if they are roasted. Also fits hard and semi-hard cheeses perfectly.
Silver medal
Medal-winning vintage: 2022; while stocks last. The medal is not automatically present on the bottle.
