The Sauvignon, a type of white grape from the Loire Valley, has found extremely favourable conditions on the slopes along the Rhône where it can fully express its qualities. Here, it yields fresh, well-structured wines characterised by a varied, complex range of aromas.
Tasting notes
LIvely yellow colour. The nose is full of aromas of pineapple and assorted blackcurrants, fragrances of beeswax and quince. On the palate, it reveals an astonishing freshness thanks to its marked acidity. A dry, full-bodied, well balanced wine, with a great structure and long-lasting aroma.
Food-wine pairing
Delightful with crustaceans, seafood and fish terrines.
Silver medal
