Tasting notes
Light yellow colour, slight grey and greenish hues. A flowery nose, dominated by grape and lime, with a mineral perfume reminiscent of flint. On the palate, it has a lively attack and a hint of acidity which gives it freshness and liveliness. A fine, light, fruity and harmonious wine, easy to savour.
Food-wine pairing
Perfect aperitif wine to accompany all kinds of cheese dishes, including raclette and hard cheeses. It is also ideal for fish with fine-meat.
