Petite Arvine Nobles Cépages, AOC Valais
Tasting
Light yellow colour. The nose is slightly aromatic, fine and subtle, with scents of warm rhubarb and notes of pink grapefruit. On the palate it has a wonderful complexity, intense with fruity aromas of rhubarb and citrus fruits. The finish offers a salty sensation typical of the Petite Arvine grape variety.
Goes along nicely with
Aperitifs, oysters, mussels, langoustines and seafood, fish terrines and sea fish.
