To the nose
It is a complex nose with different fruits that emerge such as peach and apricot. A note of acacia honey is added to the mix with yellow grapefruit and a brioche side.
In the mouth
Its attack is lively with a persistent acidity. We feel the taste of the green apple Granny Smith and a long persistence of freshness and tonicity.
