Johannisberg de Chamoson AOC Valais
Tasting notes
Wonderfully light yellow colour. The nose is full of scents of fresh fruit delicately mixed with hints of almond and hazelnut. On the palate, this is a wine of great aromatic variety, at the same time smooth and full-bodied. A long finish with a slight bitterness perfectly characterises the exceptional terroir the grapes for this wine come from.
Food-wine pairing
Ideal as aperitif, with asparagus, fried mushrooms, rich summer salads, crustaceans, fresh water fish and soft cheeses
