To the nose
It is a frank nose that we feel, with discreet aromas of fruits and citrus fruits. We can distinguish quince, apricot and currant.
In the mouth
The tasting opens with a supple attack and a nice volume in mouth. The sugar is certainly present, but it is balanced by a persistent vivacity. It is a well-structured wine, with a pleasant length in the mouth.
