Pinot noir Coteaux de Sierre AOC Valais
Tasting notes
Ruby red colour with purple hues. The nose of this wine has cherry, raspberry and wild berry scents subtly mingled with a slightly smoky touch. On the palate, the strong mineral characteristics perfectly reflect the terroir it originates from. A fine and elegant wine with finely rounded tannins and a wonderful acidity, giving this wine freshness and vivacity.
Food-wine pairing
Red and white meats, roast or braised meats, hard and semi-hard cheeses.
