Heida Soleil d'Or AOC Valais
Heida (or Païen) belongs to the Savagnin Blanc grape variety. It has acclimatised in Valais and has been native to the region a long time ago. It is a 2nd phase grape variety well-suited to sloping vineyards, particularly in areas which are well-exposed to the regional warm wind, the foehn.
Tasting notes
Markedly green and luminous colour. The nose is a delicious combination of peach, apricot and exotic fruits that go perfectly well together. On the palate, these fruity hints can be rediscovered and the acidity gives the wine an beautiful vivacity. Well-structured with a long lasting taste. A powerful wine with a delicate final hint of bitterness.

Excellent as aperitif or with white sea fish and Alpine cheeses
