Tasting notes
Forthright red colour with black and bluish hues. Scents of cherry and very ripe raspberry and light smoke. Noble and powerful on the palate, this wine will progressively releasing blackcurrant and violet flavours when the tannin fades.
Food-wine pairing
Excellent with most red and white meats, especially if they are roasted. Also fits hard and semi-hard cheeses perfectly.
