Tasting
Wonderful, brilliant red colour. Typical and complex nose, slightly wild. On the palate this is a medium-structured wine, very harmonious, with notes reminiscent of chocolate and caramel. Well present and mellow tannins, good balance between richness and acidity.
Goes along nicely with
Rabbit ragout, stews, game dishes and meat in general, cheeses.
