Nez Noir Blanc - Certified Organic Wine

The name NEZ NOIR is inspired by our flock of sheep of the same name. Between mid-March and mid-April, we let them graze in our vineyards. In this way, we maintain the soil in perfect harmony with nature. When the vines start to grow, our sheep rest on a meadow near Sierre, before returning to their homeland in the Upper Valais at an altitude of 2,700 m. Here, facing the Matterhorn, they are shorn to produce a few kilos of high-quality wool.

Tasting

Pale color with silvery highlights. A captivating nose of hawthorn and white fruit. Notes of fresh peaches and apricots, with a hint of apricot jam, delicately underline this superb nose. On the palate, it reveals aromas of fresh fruit enriched by a hint of gingerbread, expressing greed and sapidity. Freshness and perfect concentration. Excellent persistence, long and tasty.

Gastronomic pairings

A perfect accompaniment to asparagus, fresh, crisp summer salads and freshwater fish with a fine lemon sauce. Delicious with fish terrine or poultry à la crème.
