Tasting notes
Light and shimmering red colour. Fine spicy notes blend subtly with fragrances of red fruit. On the palate, the superb acidity and marked tannic structure create a smooth harmonious noble wine.
Food-wine pairing
Great with air-dried meats, poultry terrine, oeufs en meurette, chicken supreme, pork, lamb, beef fillet, roasted poultry, duck strips and fillet of venison with blackcurrant sauce.
