Caves Orsat is 150 years old! To mark this anniversary in a fitting and lasting way, we've created this Pinot Fendant, made from a selection of the Chasselas grape variety, in limited quantities, harvested from our winemakers' plots. 

Tasting notes
The typical character of the Chasselas grape variety with delicate floral notes such as lime blossoms and white flowers can be detected immediately. These aromas are delicately combined with the terroir's minerals. This is a dry, well-balanced, fresh and lively wine, an absolute pleasure for the taste buds.

Food-wine pairing
Excellent as aperitif, with savoury pastries, fish soup, shrimp and seafood salads, charcuterie/cold meats, cheese dishes (fondue, raclette), smoked and air-cured meats, white meats and Alpine cheeses.
