On the nose
It is a very fine and elegant wine, which reveals a clever balance between black olive, red fruits and white pepper.
In the mouth
The attack is fresh and fruity (blackberry), with notes of violet, tobacco and ivy. This wine offers us a nice volume in the mouth with well present and still young tannins. We can also distinguish a nice high acidity.
