Tasting notes
Deep raspberry red colour. The nose of this Gamay reveals scents of plums delicately mingled with slightly smoky notes. On the palate, its wonderfully round tannin structure makes it a fresh and light wine.
Food-wine pairing
Excellent as aperitif, ideal with sea food salads, charcuterie/cold meats, fish, fondue, raclette and cured meats (Valaisan platter).
