L'élégante is the latest creation from the Rouvinez family, in collaboration with their friends at the Curtius {C} brewery in Liège, Belgium. It joins its big sister L'É{c}happée.
Nose
Barley malt is very present on the nose. A good smell of cereals.
Mouth
A good cereal taste balanced by the freshness of the hops.
Attractive, persistent white foam. Fine, dense bubbles. Clear color. Serve with a good thickness of foam.
