Petite Arvine Fully Les Seilles AOC Valais
Petite Arvine, originating in Valais, first established its roots in the Fully region. It is now considered among the most prestigious white wines from the great European terroirs. Two of the Rouvinez estates are planted with Petite Arvine. They are located at opposite ends of our wine-growing canton and present very different geologies. This offers a unique opportunity to compare the same grape variety from two very different terroirs, all while being cultivated and vinified by the same team (Domaine Château Lichten and Domaine Les Seilles).
Tasting Notes
Crystalline robe with clear yellow reflections. Nose of wisteria flower combined with a subtle touch of citrus. On the palate, a lively attack, perfect balance, richness, power, a freshness of fresh fruit, and a long, harmonious finish.
Food Pairings
Crustaceans, shellfish, saltwater fish, hard cheeses, and simply as an aperitif.
