Nose
Its intense and complex nose brings to the fore peach, lemon, kumquat and bergamot. You can also pick out notes of yeast.
Mouthfeel
The tasting begins with a supple attack, followed by a good volume on the palate. The acidity with notes of green apple gives it a certain freshness. A nice aroma of brioche makes it smooth and rich.
