Cuvée 1858, Blanc AOC Valais
Tasting
Wine of great class created in honour of the founders of the enterprise in 1858. Originating from old grapes of local grape varieties, the grapes are harvested separately before undergoing a maceration preceding the fermentation. The fermentation and the maturing on fine lees are then carried out in new oak barrels. On the palate it is both elegant and dense at the same time, full and complex, with expressive fruity notes. A structured and full-bodied wine.
Goes along nicely with
A wine for the gastronomy, to accompany fine dishes and fish, white meats, cheeses or simply to enjoy drinking a great white wine
