Tasting
Intense colour with purplish hues. A nose of ripe red berries, black cherries, positive vegetable notes. Tannic wine which can be a little turbulent in its astringent youth but which gains a lot of finesse over the years.
Goes along nicely with
White meats, red meats, feathered game, partridge, guinea fowls, quails, pigeons, cheese platters.
