Tasting
A wine of great class produced in honour of the 150th anniversary of Charles Bonvin. Profound and dense colour with black hues. Fruity, with a cherry note on the palate, rich and fleshy, harmonises well with the slight oaky taste on the palate. Nice tannins.
Goes along nicely with
Meats, rib steaks, Chateaubriand, lamb racks, game dishes, all sorts of cheeses. Can also be enjoyed on its own as a great bottle of wine.
