Nose
Douceur rouge is characterised by the intensity of its fruity, blackcurrant and spicy aromas. This is a complex wine with a concentration of flavours, with a good balance between tannins, sugar and alcoholic richness. It also stands out due to its deep red robe.
Mouthfeel
Douceur rouge pairs perfectly with chocolate desserts, blue cheese or old mountain cheeses. This natural sweet wine can age indefinitely to develop a rare complexity, moving from juvenile aromas to notes of candied fruit, liquorice and roasting. When served between 14° and 16°C, it will express its full personality.
