Tasting
Golden colour. Complex botrytis aromas, nose of candied fruit, pineapple, apricot, mango, quince. Notes of honey. Rich and sweet nectar, full of finesse and freshness due to the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
Goes along nicely with
Dessert wine which goes along nicely with a tarte tatin. Is also highly appreciated with foie gras and very individual cheeses such as Roquefort or old cheeses from the Valais.
