Tasting notes
The nose of this wine reflects fragrances of lime, grapefruits and rhubarb. A touch of wisteria and passion fruit confer rare aromatic complexity to this wine. The attack is scented and lively, the finish has the typical salty note of this wine. A great harmonious rich wine, round and with a hint of sweetness.

Food-wine pairing
Excellent as aperitif, perfectly accompanies Asian and exotic dishes, lentil salad with foie gras, foie gras terrine, duck foie gras, scampi, red mullet, crustaceans, smoked fish, lobster, blue-veined cheeses, spicy dishes, chocolate and spicy desserts as well as exotic fruit tarts.
