Dôle Soleil d'Or AOC Valais

The Dôle which has been produced in the Valais for over a century is not a wine produced from a single grape variety but is composed of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes. Other varieties also grown in the Valais such as Syrah, Humagne and Cornalin may also be added. 

Tasting notes
Fragrances of roasted almonds and coffee delicately imbued with plum aromas give this wine a unique richness and harmonious balance. On the palate, the attack is warming and supple. The finish is harmonious and fruity with wonderfully refined tannins.
