Nez Noir BLANC AOC Valais
The Nez Noir Blanc from Domaine Rouvinez is a delicate white wine, created from a blend of Heida, Arvine, Johannisberg, and Muscat. It captivates with its fresh and balanced aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers, offering a lovely freshness on the palate. An elegant wine, perfect for convivial moments or light meals.
The name NEZ NOIR is inspired by our flock of sheep of the same name. Between mid-March and mid-April, we let them graze in our vineyards. In this way, we maintain the soil in perfect harmony with nature. When the vines start to grow, our sheep rest on a meadow near Sierre, before returning to their homeland in the Upper Valais at an altitude of 2,700 m. Here, facing the Matterhorn, they are shorn to produce a few kilos of high-quality wool.
