The Nez Noir Blanc from Domaine Rouvinez is a delicate white wine, born from a blend of Heida , Arvine , Johannisberg and Muscat . It seduces with its fresh and balanced aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers, offering a beautiful freshness on the palate. An elegant wine, perfect for convivial moments or light meals.

Nez Noir Blanc - Certified organic wine

The name NEZ NOIR is inspired by our flock of sheep of the same name. Between mid-March and mid-April, we let them graze in our vineyards. The soil maintenance is thus done in perfect harmony with nature. When the vines begin to grow, our sheep rest in a meadow near Sierre, waiting to return to their original land in the High Valais at an altitude of 2,700 meters. It is facing the Matterhorn that they will be shorn, yielding a few kilos of high-quality wool.

Tasting

Pale robe with silvery reflections. The captivating and seductive nose reveals vibrant scents of hawthorn and white fruits. Notes of fresh peaches and apricots, with a hint of apricot jam, delicately underline this superb nose. On the palate, it reveals aromas of fresh fruit enriched with a touch of gingerbread, thus expressing both deliciousness and flavor. This wine possesses a beautiful freshness and perfect concentration. Very nice persistence, long and flavorful.

Food pairings

It will perfectly accompany asparagus, fresh and crunchy summer salads, and freshwater fish covered in a delicate lemon sauce. Delicious with fish terrine or cream-based poultry dishes.
