A selection of small bunches of small grapes are carefully sorted and picked from the heart of our vineyards. This cru is composed of Petite Arvine from the Freilles vineyards, of Savagnin Blanc from the Leyraz vineyards and of Marsanne from the Prafalcon vineyards. It is aged in large Swiss oak casks for 12 months.
Tasting notes Lively clear lemon yellow colour. An intensely aromatic nose characterised by a hint of citrus, exotic fruit and vineyard peaches. The floral touch reveals an elegant subtle wine. Its taste is characterised by a full-flavoured and well-balanced structure. Its richness, fruitiness, liveliness and minerals underline a finely developed result which emphasises the complexity of this cru. An excellent wine for keeping.
Food-wine pairing Marvellous with tasty sea fish on a mild lemon sauce. This wine also fits well with fish terrines and slightly smoked fish. This distinguished and full-bodied wine is a delight for lovers of cheese, especially of Alpine and hard cheeses.
