Coeur de Domaines - White AOC Valais

Cœur de Domaine white is a prestigious wine from the Rouvinez Family, originating from the best plots in Valais. Carefully crafted, it benefits from precise vinification and oak barrel aging, which gives it great finesse and depth.

With its aromas of white fruits, floral notes, and a light woody touch, this wine presents a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. It ideally accompanies seafood, fine fish, or fresh cheeses.

Selection of small-berried clusters, resulting from meticulous sorting and coming from the heart of our estates. This cru is composed of Petite Arvine from the Seilles estate, Savagnin Blanc from the La Leyraz estate, and Marsanne from the Prafalcon estate. It is vinified and aged in Swiss oak foudres for 12 months.

Tasting Notes
Clear lemon-yellow color with vibrant reflections. A nose of aromatic intensity characterized by notes of citrus, exotic fruits, and vineyard peaches. The floral touch reveals an elegant and subtle wine. The palate is characterized by a full and balanced structure. The richness, fruit, liveliness, and minerality form a finely crafted ensemble, while accentuating the complexity of this cru and suggesting great aging potential.

Food Pairings
Marvelously accompanies flavorful sea fish enhanced with a lightly lemon-flavored sauce. It can also be paired with fish terrines and lightly smoked fish. This elegant and full-bodied wine delights cheese lovers, especially hard alpine cheeses.
