Fendant Les Fleurs AOC Valais

Fendant is a wine made from a selection of Chasselas grapes. This grape variety has found its ideal soil and climate in Valais.

Tasting notes
Light yellow color, with slight gray and greenish reflections; a floral nose dominated by aromas of vine flowers and linden, mineral scent of flint and gunflint. On the palate, the attack is lively, a hint of acidity gives it freshness and vivacity. A fine and light, fruity, harmonious, easy-drinking wine.

Food pairings
An aperitif wine; ideally accompanies cheese dishes, including raclette, as well as hard cheeses; pairs well with delicate white fish.
