Tasting
Clear golden colour. Perfumed nose with a fine bouquet, aromas of walnuts and hazelnuts. On the palate it is fresh, smooth and distinguished, full of vivacity and with a long aftertaste.
Goes along nicely with
Aperitifs, Valaisan platter, boiled beef, different pôtées, sauerkraut, salted or smoked meat, mountain cheeses.
