Launched in 1959, the Hurlevent range offers 20 wines that pay tribute to the diversity of grape varieties and Valais specialties.

In Valais, Syrah stands out for its freshness and remarkable structure, with fine, silky tannins. It produces wines that combine intensity and balance, perfect for aging or for accompanying rich and flavorful dishes.

On the nose
It is a very fine and elegant wine, which reveals a skillful balance between black olive, red fruits and white pepper.

In the mouth
The initial taste is fresh and fruity (ripe), with notes of violet, tobacco, and ivy. This wine offers a nice volume in the mouth with well-present and still young tannins. A nice, high acidity is also noticeable.
