ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Sauvignon Blanc Noble Contrée AOC Valais
A white grape varietal from the Loire Valley, Sauvignon Blanc has found very favorable conditions for its development on the Rhône hillside. There, it produces fresh, well-structured wines, characterized by a varied and complex aromatic range.
Tasting Notes
Bright yellow color; on the nose, aromas of pineapple and blackcurrant typical of this grape varietal.
The palate is marked by a beautiful freshness thanks to its pronounced but not aggressive acidity. With 6 months of barrel aging, this wine has a beautiful structure but retains an admirable aromatic profile of fresh fruit.
A lovely lingering finish invites another sip of this wine, which is all about finesse and elegance.
Food Pairings
Happily accompanies shellfish, seafood, and fish terrines.
