ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Pinot Noir Les Fleurs AOC Valais
This grape variety, originating from Burgundy, has found in central Valais, particularly in the Sierre region, limestone soils and a climate that allow it to develop its immense structural and aromatic qualities, with incomparable finesse.
Tasting
A bright red color with black and bluish reflections; aromas of very ripe cherry and raspberry, slightly smoky; noble and powerful on the palate, gradually releasing flavors of blackcurrant and violet as the tannins soften.
Food pairings
Happily accompanies most red and white meats, especially roasted meats; it pairs well with hard and semi-hard cheeses.
