Œil-de-Perdrix Soleil d'Or AOC Valais
Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is produced after a light maceration and gentle pressing. These processes give the wine its particular color, reminiscent of a partridge's eye. This wine has the characteristics of a light red. It is fresh and fruity, but without the aggressive notes typical of white grape varieties.
Tasting notes
Pale pink color, with aromas of wild strawberry and cherry, with a slight rose fragrance. On the palate, a soft but lively attack. Roundness, finesse, and vivacity characterize this particular wine, which displays a singular nobility. Beautiful persistence on the finish.
