ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Oeil de Perdrix Hurlevent AOC Valais
Launched in 1959, the Hurlevent range offers 20 wines that pay tribute to the diversity of grape varieties and Valais specialties.
Œil de Perdrix is an exceptional rosé wine, originating mainly from Valais, where it is produced from red grapes, often Pinot Noir. This wine is distinguished by its light, delicate and subtly pinkish color, hence its name, inspired by the color of the partridge's eye.
On the nose
This rosé made from Pinot Noir offers a nice balance between raspberry and forest fruits.
In the mouth
Its initial taste is fresh and very fruity with notes of raspberry and pineapple. This wine offers a nice volume in the mouth with a crisp side and a nice freshness. It is a dry but very fresh and tonic wine.
