Tourmentin is an original blend developed by Rouvinez. Four grape varieties contribute to the production of this strongly structured red wine with a rare aromatic richness. It is aged in barrels for one year.
Tasting
Red color with blackish reflections; precious essences exhaling aromas of spices, candied cherry, ripe prune. Rich on the palate, subtly woody with flavors reminiscent of clove and blackcurrant. An optimal fusion of grape varieties; a concentrated, full-bodied wine of rare aromatic richness.
Food pairings
Accompanies flavorful meats, especially grilled beef and lamb; also pairs well with the vigorous flavors of furred and feathered game; a choice companion for hard or semi-hard cheeses.
