Tasting notes
With its fruity notes marked by pear, white fruits, and toasted almonds, the typicity of this grape variety is immediately evident. On the palate, it is full-bodied, unctuous, rich, and well-structured, with aromas of delicate bitter almonds. It is perfectly balanced and elegant, with depth and great minerality.

Aperitif wine, asparagus, grilled and roasted lake and river fish, raw meats, sauerkraut, supreme of poultry, fish in sauce, semi-hard cheeses, catfish in court bouillon.
