Tasting Notes
A striking yet bright green color. Peach, apricot, and exotic fruits joyfully share the aromatic palette. On the palate, the fruitiness noted on the nose is present, and the acidity gives it a lovely vibrancy. The structure is solid. A powerful wine with a hint of bitterness on the finish. Long persistence.
Food Pairings
Aperitif, white-fleshed sea fish, alpine cheese
