Gamay Soleil d'Or AOC Valais

Gamay undergoes clonal selection to ensure ideal adaptation to Valais conditions, where it produces elegant and highly aromatic wines. Since the grape variety is naturally generous, production must be strictly controlled to give rise to wines full of charm and liveliness.

Tasting notes
Deep red color with a magnificent raspberry red hue. Notes of burnt wood and undergrowth delicately blend with fruity aromas of blackberry and hazelnut. The sustained acidity gives it great liveliness and brings a refreshing and easy-drinking character to this Gamay. It is best enjoyed with a flavorful red meat dish.
