Cornalin Soleil d'Or AOC Valais
Cornalin is a pure Valais product. It has no known close or distant relatives. Difficult to cultivate, it occupies the best land and receives careful attention throughout the season. But the beauty of this wine justifies the extra effort.
Tasting notes
Deep red color with purple reflections. This wine immediately exudes a profusion of fruity scents: blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry share the aromatic intensity. On the palate, the tannins are still discreet, and the acidity is strongly marked. A wine to be enjoyed in 2 or 3 years, when it will have reached its full maturity.
