ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Cuvée 1858, White AOC Valais
Tasting notes
A classy wine created in honour of the company's founders in 1858. Made from old vines of indigenous grape varieties, the grapes are harvested separately before undergoing pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees then take place in new oak barrels. Both elegant and dense, with expressive fruity notes, ample and complex on the palate, a full-bodied wine.
Food pairing
A gastronomic wine, suitable for fine dishes and fish, white meats, cheeses and also simply for the pleasure of drinking a great white wine.
