The Crêta-Plan estate produces a red wine from the Syrah grape variety. On this windy and sunny hillside, this late-ripening grape has no difficulty reaching maturity.
Tasting Notes
Dense red color with violet reflections. Bouquet with spicy, smoky notes, delicately scented with blackcurrant and cherry. Full-bodied, rich, tannic, and powerful on the palate, this wine surprises us with its length and elegance. Decant one hour before tasting to further appreciate the intensity of this wine.
Food Pairings
Pairs very well with grilled meats, lamb, and game. Generally, all strongly flavored meats marry nicely with this wine.
