The soil of the Géronde hill, with its rich and gravelly earth, has captivated this Burgundian grape variety, Pinot Noir.
Tasting notes
A deep purple color. This Pinot Noir reveals subtle prune fragrances delicately enveloped in smoky notes on the nose. A high concentration and a very present tannic structure give this wine an exceptional harmony and richness. A truly great wine promising several good years of aging.
Food pairings
Accompanies most red and white meats wonderfully, especially roasted meats; it pairs well with hard and semi-hard cheeses.
