What could be more natural than calling a wine "Eternal Sun" when its grapes grow in the warmest climate in Switzerland? We wanted it to be like those southern wines; generous and brimming with the dolce vita. This wine is a perfect blend of grapes with colored juice, harvested just before over-ripening. The result is a charming and vigorous wine. An expansive wine, overflowing with vitality, for hedonists and lovers of the good things in life.

Tasting

Intense and deep red color. The nose reveals aromas of smoked wood and very ripe red fruits. The mouthfeel is soft and luscious. The woody and fruity notes perceived on the nose are then found again on the palate. The whole is enveloped in silky tannins that are already well integrated. A long, juicy and flavorful finish beautifully underlines this pleasure-giving wine. It promises a bright future, but if you prefer it crisp, enjoy it immediately.

Food pairings

Fine cured meats such as Parma ham, dry lard, dry sausage or pistachio mortadella. Pasta with sardines, gnocchi with ragù sauce (bolognese), eggplant parmigiana, pork chops or summer barbecues accompanied by potato salad or pasta salad.
