Dôle Soleil d'Or AOC Valais

Dôle is not a single-varietal wine; it is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. It is possible to add a proportion of other red grape varieties grown in Valais: Syrah, Humagne, Cornalin. Valais has been producing Dôle for over a century.

Tasting notes
Fragrances of toasted almonds and coffee delicately imbued with plum scents give this Dôle richness and a harmonious balance. On the palate, a warm and supple attack. Harmonious and fruity finish with great finesse in the tannins.
